Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on badak178. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. badak178 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify your account details, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered authorised by you, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to our support team.
A strong, unique password is strongly recommended. badak178 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the badak178 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without compensation:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the betting system.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations in any way.
- Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or bonus systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any transactions that violate applicable laws.
- Abusing promotions or special offers with the intent of gaining an unfair advantage.
Badak178 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing an account while the investigation is ongoing.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the badak178 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Supported deposit methods include online banking transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other local payment options.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a short period of time. If you experience any delays, please contact our support team with the relevant proof of payment.
Withdrawals of winnings are only permitted to a bank account or payment method that has been registered and verified in the same user's name. badak178 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days.
Badak178 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that require additional verification for security or compliance reasons. All transactions are subject to internal review, and badak178 reserves the right to cancel any transaction suspected of violating the terms of use.

The badak178 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. badak178 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
Users acknowledge that betting involves the risk of financial loss and that badak178 is not liable for any betting decisions made by users. The decision to participate in any betting activity is entirely the user's own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the badak178 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of badak178 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

Badak178 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request. In cases of termination due to fraud or misuse, account balances may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Term Amendments
